The development at Cois Luachra in Dooradoyle was a large scale development undertaken by the company in one of the most prominent suburbs of Limerick City. It proved to be a successful move and has helped the company grow from strength to strength. The development consisted of 138 units consisting of semi-detached houses, apartments and duplexes.

This development was started in the year 2002 and was completed in 2004. This has long been sold out.
