Road Projects

Roche Group International has delivered over 385km of road projects across Imo State, Nigeria, spanning rural roads, highways, flyovers and major urban infrastructure. Our in-house precast facility produced up to 500 metres of culverts per day, allowing faster, more efficient on-site delivery. We specialised in both bitumen asphalt and long-life concrete roads, alongside complex engineering works including a 300m underpass tunnel in Owerri, completed in a record three months despite significant traffic and river-adjacent challenges.

Our portfolio also includes two major flyovers — Orji and Amokohia — each constructed using fully precast beams and decking, precision-batched concrete, and round-the-clock delivery to meet demanding timelines. All projects were completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards, with strong client satisfaction.
