There’s been a growing demand in recent years for a construction company that can offer an end to end solution. Here at the Roche Group, we’re at the leading edge when it comes to giving our customers what they want. That’s why we’ve created and grown our design and engineering departments.

 

As well as managing the civil engineering works on all our developments, the Roche Group has been involved in a number of national infrastructural projects as the main contractor. With both engineering and project management expertise, we have enjoyed considerable success.

 

Depending on the size of the project, we use our own skilled workforce as well as sub-contract workers. In addition, we have a large inventory of heavy equipment for infrastructural work, and where there is under capacity, we use sub-contracted equipment and operators under our supervision.

 

Due to the growing complexity of buildings, there’s a greater need for detailed engineering. Our structural engineering department is led by one of the most experienced structural engineers in the world. He’s worked on countless projects on several continents. The addition of this department has enabled us to undertake more complex and ambitious projects than ever before.

 

Founded in 2009, Roche Group Architecture is the final piece in the jigsaw that allows us to offer our clients a full end to end service. Having worked with many architects over the years, we can safely say that our own are among the best. They don’t just concentrate on aesthetics; they focus on functionality, maintenance and cost effectiveness.
